The cmsadvantage Gallery Module allows users to create albums and display images on their website.
The Gallery Module is currently supported by the JavaScript application Lightbox. However, Lightbox is just one example, custom JavaScript applications can be substituted, and of course images can be displayed statically without the need for custom programming.
The Gallery is essentially a Media RSS Feed that displays the Gallery images on web page.
When an image is uploaded four copies of that image are generated: a thumbnail, and a small, medium, and large image. A default pixel dimension has been preset for these images. To customise, see Gallery Options.
Note:Change pixel dimensions prior to uploading gallery images. The system is designed to automatically resize any images previously uploaded, however this functionality is not presently available.
